Cattle - Evolution of notifications

Increase and decrease of the cattle population in the AMD (notifications from Liechtenstein included). Increasing notifications contain the categories birth, import, and import after export. Decreasing notifications sum the notifications of slaughter, on farm slaughter, death and export.
